:: How do I access my course schedule?

Course schedules are available through the CAGR (Undergraduate Academic Records System). There, you can check your class times and find out who your instructors will be. CAGR also allows you to issue documents like enrollment certificates and transcripts, and update your personal information (don’t forget to keep your data current!).

CAGR will be your companion throughout your undergraduate studies, as you will use it to complete your enrollment starting from the second semester. If you have any questions, reach out to your undergraduate program coordinator through your academic school’s website.

:: Educational Support and Guidance – PIAPE/UFSC

The Institutional Program for Educational Support to Students (Piape) offers educational support and guidance on all five UFSC campuses. These services include study groups, individual and group guidance, and workshops, which are led by student tutors with training in the relevant field, under the supervision of a faculty or staff member at UFSC.

Educational support, in the form of study groups, currently focus on Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Academic Reading and Writing, Computer Science, and Statistics. They are offered in either in-person or online formats, lasting from four to seven weeks or throughout the semester. To join, you must register in advance on the PIAPE website. Students who attend at least 75% of group activities will receive a certificate of attendance, which may count as complementary activities depending on your undergraduate program’s Educational Project.

Educational guidance is provided individually or in groups and aims to help students plan, organize and manage their study routine, with the goal of promoting autonomy and improving academic performance. To access this service, you must also register on the PIAPE website (registration form available here). If there’s no immediate availability, you’ll be placed on a waiting list.

In addition to the services above, PIAPE tutors also offer workshops, which are a great opportunity to explore specific topics relevant to your studies.
